Article 9 Internship Program
Sec 9.1 ASG Direct Marketing Associate Intern
Sec 9.1.1 - To be recruited as an ASG Direct Marketing Associate, candidates must complete an
interview process with the ASG Advisor, ASG President, and Vice President of Marketing. Selection
shall be based on the candidate’s skills, ability, and availability to fulfill the responsibilities of the
position.
Sec 9.1.2 - Serve under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Marketing, with overall
guidance and direction from the ASG President.
Sec 9.1.3 - Support ASG marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media
management, content creation, event promotion, and newsletter development, based on the
distribution and delegation of work determined by the Vice President of Marketing.
Sec 9.1.4 - Work closely with ASG Officers to promote programs, events, and initiatives to the
student body.
Sec 9.1.5 - May assist with photography and videography for ASG events and programs, including
capturing, editing, and organizing media content for marketing and archival purposes.
Sec 9.1.6 - Interns must commit to a minimum of five (5) in-person hours per week and complete all
assigned tasks to remain eligible for stipends. The maximum stipend shall not exceed seven hundred
dollars ($700) per semester and is contingent upon satisfactory performance and completion of
responsibilities. Stipend amounts may vary depending on the ASG budget for each academic year.

Sec 9.2 ASG Direct Associate Intern
Sec 9.2.1 - To be recruited as an ASG Direct Associate Intern, candidates must complete an
interview process with the ASG President and ASG Advisor(s). Selection shall be based on the
candidate’s skills, ability, and availability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Sec 9.1.2 - The ASG Direct Associate Intern shall support general ASG operations and serve
under the supervision of the ASG President or a designated ASG Officer.
Sec 9.1.3 - Assist with general office operations, administrative tasks, and support needs across
ASG, including but not limited to marketing, event preparation, documentation, outreach, and
communication.
Sec 9.1.4 - Work with multiple ASG Officers and committees to support programs, initiatives, and
daily operations.
Sec 9.1.5 - Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and maintain consistent communication
with the supervising officer. The Intern may be required to attend regular or weekly meetings to
provide updates and ensure progress.
